Our small farm sits in a genuinely quiet corner of St. Johann in the Ahrntal valley. Waiting for you here is a cosy apartment in traditional alpine style, with a wonderful panoramic view across the valley.
The self-catering apartment has two separate bedrooms – ideal for families or friends. It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, free Wi‑Fi and a private terrace with an outdoor dining area.
Enjoy sunny hours on our sun terrace with barbecue facilities. Parking is free, of course.
Our farm is easy to reach via a mountain road. One important tip for winter: to get here safely in snow and ice, we strongly recommend carrying snow chains.
Hiking and mountain-biking trails start directly at the farm. Winter sports fans are in the right place too: the nearest lift in the Klausberg ski area is just a 9-minute drive away, and the Speikboden ski area is only 8 km from us. For a day in town, Brunico is a 30-minute drive.
Stübilerhof sits at 1,230 metres in the mountains above St. Johann in the Ahrntal valley — a place the Maurer family has built and shaped with care over the decades. From 2009 onwards, Ingrid and Josef renovated the property step by step, turning it into what it is today: a small, personal mountain farm.
